Established in 1995, Nylopick Engineering Co in manufacturing of pharmaceutical machinery and spares, textile spares, conveyors belts etc. The automated plant is located at Vatva, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, which is Gujarat’s most successful Industrial area & having to more than 5000 industrial units.

- Layout to facilitate smooth movement of men and material.
- All critical areas are provided with electrical interlocks.
- All the operations are planned with self monitoring system and there is no direct human contact anywhere to cause contamination.
- Manufacturing & Filling Operations are done under Laminar Air Flow.
- All critical areas are designed with dedicated Air Handling Units using air-cooled compressors.
- Water Treatment System consists of Reverse Osmosis Plant and Multicolumn Distillation Plant with Micron Filter & loop system for continuous circulation of water.
